FUTURA 2000 COLNAGO PROTOTYPE ROAD FRAME 1/1 RARE NEW!!

Up for auction is an extremely rare 54cm Futura 2000 La Carrera Colnago prototype road frame. Also included is a new chrome Colnago Precisa straight blade road fork (not pictured). This is the original prototype for the Look Ma No Brakes Futura 2000 track frame which is extremely sought after. Again, this is 1/1, the only frame of its kind in the world! Made from very light weight clover-shaped Gilco tubing, this bike will easily build up under 20 pounds with new parts, or build it up with dead stock campy parts for a nice vintage ride! The frame features downtube braze-ons for cable stops. Fits 700c wheels and the bottom bracket is Italian threaded. Chromed lugs and seatstays make for a beautiful contrast to the popping polka dot paint scheme. This frame has never been built and has been on display in La Carrera Cycles in Toronto since 2008.
